Ingredients per person:
Oil
1 onion
1-2 tsp minced garlic
150g fresh rice noodles (check packaging if you need gluten free. some contain wheat starch.)
1-2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
Soy sauce (again check it’s gluten-free if necessary)

This is a quick n easy bread recipe thats very frugal and also tastes great fresh out of the oven with a smidge of butter on.
Ingredients:
2 c Self Raising Flour
